RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

WITHDRAWAL INSTRUCTION
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier designated by you, took possession of the goods. If an order arrives in several parcels, the period starts on the day the last item was received.
To exercise the right of withdrawal you must inform us with a clear statement that you withdraw from the contract:

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to. Sending your statement before the period ends is enough.
EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw, we repay all payments we received from you, including the cost of delivery, except for any extra cost caused by you choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard one. We repay without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we received your withdrawal notice, using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless we expressly agree something else with you. You are never charged a fee for this repayment.
You must send the goods back without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before those 14 days are over. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for a loss in value where it results from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to check their nature, characteristics and function.

WHEN THE RIGHT DOES NOT APPLY
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your individual specification, for example a shirt carrying your own artwork or your name. The shirts offered here are regular designs from the collection, so they can be returned in full.
