We ship to Germany, to every country in the European Union and to a number of countries beyond it. The rates above are the current ones. The exact cost for your order is shown again during checkout, before you pay.

PRODUCTION

Production and dispatch are handled by our partner Spreeprint Merchandise GmbH & Co. KG. Some items are printed after you order them, which is why they can need a little more time.

PARTIAL SHIPMENTS

We may send an order in more than one parcel where that makes sense. It never costs you more.

RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. The period starts on the day you, or a person designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. If you ordered several items in one order and they arrive separately, the period starts on the day you received the last item. To withdraw, send us a clear statement:

SENDING THE GOODS BACK

Please return the goods to our production partner:

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Send them back without undue delay, and in any case no later than 14 days after you told us about the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before those 14 days are over.

REFUND

We refund all payments we received from you, including the standard delivery cost, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day we received your withdrawal notice. We use the same means of payment you used, unless we agree something else with you. The refund never costs you a fee.

EXCEPTIONS

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your individual specification, for example a shirt carrying your own artwork or your name. The shirts offered here are regular designs from the collection, so they can be returned in full.

CONDITION OF THE GOODS

You are only liable for a loss in value if it results from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to check their nature, characteristics and function.
