1. SCOPE
These terms apply to the use of this website and to the shirts presented here. The website is operated by R. Hahn, C. de las Palmeras 16A, 29730 Rincón de la Victoria, Málaga, Spain.
2. HOW THE SHOP WORKS
This website is the shop. Your cart is kept in your own browser. When you press checkout you are taken to our checkout page, which Shopify hosts and secures for us, and where you enter your address and pay. The purchase contract is concluded with us, under the terms on this page.
3. HOW THE CONTRACT IS FORMED
The presentation of the shirts is not a binding offer, it is an invitation to order. You make a binding offer when you complete the order in the shop. The contract comes into effect when the order confirmation is sent to you by email.
4. PRICES AND SHIPPING COSTS
All prices shown are final prices. Shipping costs are not included in the price. They are shown clearly during checkout, before you place the order. Within Germany shipping costs 5,99 € and is free from an order value of 100 €. Deliveries to other EU countries cost 13,99 €, other countries 25,00 €.
5. DELIVERY
Delivery goes to the address you give us. After payment, delivery within Germany usually takes 3 to 6 business days, to other EU countries 5 to 10, to all other countries 10 to 14. Items that are printed after you order can take a little longer.
6. PAYMENT
The payment methods offered in the shop are available to you. Payment is due immediately when the order is placed.
7. RETENTION OF TITLE
The goods remain our property until they have been paid for in full.
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. The details, including the model withdrawal form, are on our withdrawal page.
9. WHEN THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL DOES NOT APPLY
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your individual specification, for example a shirt carrying your own artwork or your name. The shirts offered here are regular designs from the collection, so they can be returned in full.
10. WARRANTY
Your statutory warranty rights apply in full.
11. LIABILITY
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. In cases of simple negligence we are liable only where a material contractual obligation has been breached, and then only for the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract. Liability for injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.
12. CONTENT OF THIS WEBSITE
The texts, photos, drawings and code here belong to the operator. You are welcome to move the words, drawings and photos around while you browse. That arrangement is saved in your own browser and changes nothing for anyone else.
13. FINAL PROVISIONS
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer whose habitual residence is in another country, the mandatory consumer protection rules of that country still apply to you. If a single provision is invalid, the rest stays in force.
