THE SHORT VERSION

This website does not track you unless you allow it. There is no analytics. There is one advertising pixel, and it stays switched off until you press ALLOW on the bar at the bottom of the page. Say no and nothing is loaded, no cookies are set, and the site works exactly the same. The fonts are stored on this server, so your browser does not contact any other company while you read this page.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE

WHAT STAYS IN YOUR BROWSER

A few things are saved in your own browser storage so the site remembers them on your next visit. They stay on your device and are never sent to us:

• the items you put in your cart
• where you placed the movable words, drawings and photos
• the result of the Lucky Shot game and the discount code you won
• your answer to the cookie question, so we do not ask again

You can remove all of it at any time by clearing the site data in your browser.

MEASURING OUR INSTAGRAM ADS

We advertise on Instagram. To see whether those ads bring anyone here, this page can load the Meta pixel (ID 2447339319002815). It is provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland. The pixel sets cookies in your browser and sends Meta your IP address, which page you opened and technical details about your browser. Meta may connect that with your Facebook or Instagram account and use it to show you ads. Data may be transferred to the United States on the basis of the EU standard contractual clauses and the EU US Data Privacy Framework.

The pixel only loads after you press ALLOW. The legal basis is your consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and section 25(1) TDDDG. Nothing is loaded before that, and refusing costs you nothing.

SERVER LOGS

Like every website, this one is delivered by a server. The hosting provider may record technical data such as your IP address, the page requested, the time of the request and your browser type, in order to deliver the site and keep it secure. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a working and secure website, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

HOW LONG DATA IS KEPT

We do not keep an archive of our own. The technical server logs described above are held by the hosting provider only briefly for security purposes and are deleted automatically. What lies in your browser storage stays there until you clear it.

WHEN YOU GO TO CHECKOUT

Add to cart only writes to your browser. When you press checkout you are taken to our checkout page, which is hosted by Shopify International Limited on our behalf. There you enter your name, address and payment details so we can perform the contract with you. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Shopify acts as our processor, the payment providers you choose process your payment data on their own responsibility, and our print partner receives the delivery address in order to ship your order.

YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to have its processing restricted, to receive it in a portable form and to object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
